Nayden Todorov is among the most talented Bulgarian musicians of his generation. Commanding a vast symphonic and operatic repertoire, he is capable of allowing freedom, intensity and dynamism while commanding strict control over the dramaturgic development of the music.

A native of Bulgaria, the multi-talented European conductor has been a sensation in Austria, Israel, and Bulgaria, where he currently serves as director of the national orchestra – the Sofia Philharmonic.
He studied in Vienna and Jerusalem, and has conducted major orchestras across the world.
While in Israel he was selected among 150 candidates as resident conductor of the Israel Northern Symphony in Haifa.
Nayden Todorov has recorded over one hundred compact discs for Naxos, Balkanton, MMO, Danacord, IMI and Hungaroton, and has also created several music productions for various radio and TV stations.
In 2018, Nayden Todorov was named for а second time ‘Bulgarian Musician of the Year’, becoming one of the only three Bulgarian musicians in history to receive this title twice.
